Bonus Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how every promotion on Regal Casino works, from claiming an offer to meeting its wagering requirement and withdrawing what you have won. Each offer also carries its own terms, which you should read before you deposit.

What these bonus terms cover
These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotional offer we make available to your account with us. That includes welcome offers, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, prize draws, tournaments and loyalty rewards, however the offer reaches you: on the site, in the promotions area of your account, by e-mail or in a message we send you.
They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and the three documents should be read together. Nothing in these bonus terms removes any right you have under our general terms or under consumer law.
Every individual promotion also carries its own terms, shown with the offer itself. Those specific terms set out the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the games that count towards it, the time limit and any cap on the amount that can be converted into withdrawable funds.
- The specific terms published with the offer you claimed.
- These Bonus Terms and Conditions.
- Our general Terms and Conditions.
Where a specific offer term conflicts with these bonus terms, the offer term applies to that offer only, and the rest of these terms continues to apply as normal. We hold a gaming licence for our operation in Great Britain and we verify accounts before withdrawals are processed, so taking part in any promotion is also subject to the account checks set out in our general terms.
Claiming an offer means accepting its terms
When you opt in to a promotion or make a qualifying deposit, you accept these terms and the terms shown with that offer. If anything is unclear, please check with us on live chat before you deposit.
Who can claim an offer
Promotions are open to registered players aged 18 or over who hold a single verified account with us and who are permitted to use the site from their location. You must claim offers yourself, in your own name, and fund your account only with payment methods registered in your own name.
- One account per person. Where we identify more than one account held by the same person, household, shared device, shared network or shared payment method, we may remove bonuses and any winnings derived from them and restrict the duplicate accounts.
- Your account must be eligible for promotions. If you have asked us to exclude you from marketing and offers, or we have excluded your account from promotions, no bonus will be credited.
- Opt in where the offer says so. Some offers require you to opt in before you deposit; others are credited automatically. The offer terms say which applies.
- Not every payment method qualifies. The cashier shows which methods qualify for deposit-based offers at the time you deposit.
- Marketing messages are optional. You will only receive promotional e-mails or messages if you have consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in your account settings.
Offers sent to selected players are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be claimed by another account, passed on, exchanged for cash or combined with another promotion unless the terms say so. Unless an offer states otherwise, a welcome offer may be claimed once per player.
Wagering requirements and how they are met
How the requirement is calculated
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: a multiple of the bonus amount, of your qualifying deposit, or of both, as stated in the offer terms. Until that requirement has been met in full, the bonus and anything won from it is held as bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn. Your account shows how much wagering is still outstanding while the bonus is active.
How different games count
| Game type | How stakes count towards wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots and instant-win games | Usually count in full, unless the game is named as excluded |
| Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat | Often count at a reduced rate, or not at all |
| Live dealer tables | Often count at a reduced rate, or are excluded |
| Bingo, poker and other product types | Count only where the offer terms say so |
Limits that apply while a bonus is active
- A maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies while bonus funds are in play. The figure is shown in the offer terms, and stakes above it may not count towards wagering.
- Games listed as excluded in the offer terms do not contribute, and playing them with bonus funds may cost you the bonus.
- Low-risk play does not count. This includes covering most or all outcomes of the same round, placing equal and opposite bets, or using a pattern of play designed to clear a requirement without real risk.
- Feature purchases, bonus buys and gamble features may be excluded from wagering or blocked entirely while a bonus is active.
- The order in which real money and bonus funds are used is set out in the cashier and in the offer terms.
When a bonus expires
Bonus funds and free spins are available for a limited period from the moment they are credited, as stated in the offer. If the wagering requirement has not been met when that period ends, the bonus and any winnings still attached to it are removed. Your own real money balance is not affected.
Withdrawals, caps and cancelling a bonus
Once a wagering requirement has been met, the balance held as bonus funds becomes withdrawable real money, subject to any cap in the offer terms and to the usual account checks.
- Some offers cap the amount that can be converted into withdrawable funds. Anything above the cap is removed when the bonus completes.
- Free spin and no-deposit offers often carry a separate cap on winnings, stated with the offer.
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still active cancels the bonus. You keep your real money balance, and the bonus together with winnings derived from it is removed.
- You can cancel an active bonus in your account or by asking our support team. The effect is the same: the bonus and its winnings are removed and your real money balance remains.
- Withdrawals are paid back to a verified payment method in your own name, and identity and payment checks must be complete first.
Check your balance before withdrawing
If part of your balance is still bonus funds, a withdrawal request will forfeit it. Your account shows the split between real money and bonus funds at all times.
Fair use, and when we may withdraw an offer
Promotions are provided for genuine entertainment and we expect them to be used in the spirit in which they are offered. The following are treated as misuse of a promotion.
- Opening or using more than one account, or acting together with other players to claim the same offer repeatedly.
- Giving false or incomplete registration details, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Patterns of play intended only to clear a wagering requirement at little or no risk.
- Using automated software, bots or any tool that interferes with how a game or the site works.
- Exploiting an error in an offer, a game or the cashier instead of telling us about it.
- Charging back or disputing a deposit that funded a promotion.
Where we find misuse, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it, decline further promotions on the account, and restrict or close the account under our general terms. Deposits you made with your own funds are returned in line with those terms.
If an offer is published with an obvious error, or a bonus is credited to your account by mistake, we may correct the position and recover amounts credited in error. Decisions of this kind are looked into case by case and you can always ask us to explain one, or raise it through our complaints process.
We may change, suspend or end a promotion at any time. Where a change affects an offer you have already claimed, we will apply the terms that were in force when you claimed it, unless we are required to do otherwise.
Safer gambling and how to reach us
Gambling is for adults aged 18 or over and should always stay within what you can comfortably afford to lose. No promotion is a reason to deposit more than you planned, and nothing in an offer should be treated as encouragement to chase a loss.
- Set deposit, loss and session limits in your account, and lower them whenever you wish.
- Turn on reality checks so you are reminded how long you have been playing.
- Take a time-out, or self-exclude for a longer period, directly from your account.
- Turn off promotional messages in your account settings, and we will stop sending offers.
- GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain in one step.
- GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline offer free, confidential information and support.
If you have a question about these terms, or about a specific offer and the wagering still outstanding on it, our support team can go through it with you. You can reach us on the live chat on this site, by e-mail at support@casinoregal.co.uk, or for promotion-specific queries at promotions@casinoregal.co.uk.
